There is a new way of adding multilanguage support to your website, which isn't the "joomfish" one. I am talking about the "new" invention from Nooku.org, a project from some of the leading Joomla developers and enthusiast. The great thing about Nooku is that is it open source.Nooku isn't available for download at the moment but it seems like a very great new addition to the Joomla world of extensions. It has some fabolous workflows and you can even see the status of the translation progress. In other words, you can see at all times how far you have come with the translations you are doing. Here are some of the main features with Nooku:
- Speaks your language (hassle-free translation)
- Super fast (extra fast caching system, improving your entire J1.5
- All in one box (no extras have to be installed)
- Professional support (partners helping you get online fast)
- Beautiful URL's (fully translated URL's)
- Gpl v2 which means Open Source
